Sai Rui Gym is located near the famous Hong Mei Pedestrian Street. 

From Downtown and near Yan An Lu:
Take Yan An to Hongzhong lu and take a left.  About 1000 ft after that on your left.

From Downtown near Wuzhong Lu:
Take Wuzhong Lu to Hongzhong lu and take a right.  While on Wuzhong, look for the big yellow Sunning store and that is where you will turn onto Hongzhong.
